The purpose of the questionnaire is to create a protected section within the NuGO network web-site for sharing information about human research work. By adding your studies (not yet started, on-going or finished) you will contribute to this and it is also a way to find new partners to collaborate with. To make things easy, we suggest you to have your study protocol file open and copy and paste some items directly from there.
