Nutrigenomics Conference Leads to Interesting Conclusions Nutrigenomics: The New Science of Genes, Nutrition and Health Symposium was held in collaboration with the Center of Excellence in Nutritional Genomics, University of California at Davis to introduce science writers to the new study of nutrigenomics.
