Online ‘NuGOStat’ toolbox:
A review of statistical methods for nutrigenomics research that NuGO members can use to guide themselves through the use of design issues, array normalization issues and to help them to find analysis tools (e.g. R/Bioconductor) for their particular research purposes.
As part of this toolbox, a frequently asked questions area will be created.

For building this toolbox, WP7 will start collecting experimental samples relevant to nutrigenomics, that can be used as case studies. NuGO members that would like to contribute their nutrigenomics dataset can contact Simona Toti from University of Florence.
