The micronutrient genomics project aims to build and provide a bioinformatics environment for researcher in the micronutrient & health relationship. A biological network will be constructed for each micronutrient allowing to
- access all relevant genetic variations
- visualize all transcriptome changes observed in the relevant tissues;
- visualize all metabolomics changes in plasma and relevant tissues
It is a community based effort where for each micronutrient, a working group is (being) established.
Read the introduction for more details on the project.
