Polish NCP FOOD is coordinating the CEAF 'Stimulating participation of the Central Europe in Agri - Food Sector in the FP6' in the framework of FP6, Priority 5. Their partners come from Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, The Netherlands.Project CEAF is within Thematic Priority 5 'Food Quality and Safety'.

The main objective of the project is to create synergy for virtual networking and strengthening cooperation in the area of Food Quality and Safety with partners from new Member States contributing to the creation of the European Research Area (ERA) in Central Europe.

CEAF activities are at the stage of developing consortia for submitting common proposals for the 4th call in TP5 and offer an active database to assist organisations in finding potential parters and / or consortium of interested parties from new Member States (NMS), by submiting their profiles indicating specific area of interest, expertise offered, and targeted partner sector.
