Acceptation of your participation will be based on your motivated expression of interest and confirmation by the local organizers.
This will also be the mechanism of capping participants to 60. In case of more than 60 potential participants, selection will be made on basis of contribution to the success of the workshop and age (i.e. we would stimulate young researchers to participate).
You will need to book your hotel room at the New Hampshire Hotel in Delft, where we have blocked 60 rooms. If you refer to this workshop, you`ll get the discount price of 89.50 euro. You will pay your hotel room on site, take care of cancellation if needed or cary the consequences...
