3rd NUGO workshop “Nutritional Metabolomics”
July 1-2, 2010
a satelite workshop of the Metabolomics Society Conference
(27th June – 1st July, Amsterdam, the Netherlands)
co-organized with
Unilever R&D
Netherlands MetabolomicsCentre (NMC)
This workshop identifies, discusses and plans future work on hot topics and bottlenecks in metabolomics technology, with special attention to its application in nutrition research. The session topics were selected according to real need for progress, and an outlook on concrete progress. We expect participants to actively participate in the preparation of specific session topics, and to take part in the workload that may emerge from the workshop, if possible. The number of participants is restricted to 60.
This is the third nutritional metabolomics workshop. The first was held in Clermont-Ferrand, December 2007. The results were published. The second workshop was held in Copenhagen, February 2009.
