Please read the cancellation terms carefully, before booking. The deadline for hotel reservation is 1st June 2009, and after this date, your request is not guaranteed. Luisa can be also be contacted at luisa@montecatinipromozione.com (please state your name and NuGOweek 2009 in the subject header)
 
Please note: the NuGOweek 2009 conference fee does not including hotel accommodation

Prices for rooms are:

- 4 stelle superior €90 (single), €120 (double for single use), €150 (double)
- 4 stelle €70 (single), €95 (double for single use), €120 (double)
- 3 stelle superiori €50 (single), €65 (double for single use), €80 (double)
- Economy hotel €40 (single), €55 (double for single use), €65 (double)

All prices are per room per day. Single room will be confirmed until no further single rooms are available after which delegates will be assigned a double room for single use and charged accordingly.
