Free shuttle buses, at designated times, will be available to and from Pisa's and Florence's airports on 31st August and 3rd September |

Costs
| NuGOweek 2009 is free of charge for NuGO members only. Attendance includes the conference fee, lunches and two dinners. It does not include hotel or travel expenses. For more information, please contact your NuGO Partner Coordinator.

| NuGO welcomes all relevant submissions, particularly those from PhD students and work involving NuGO, NuGO Collaboration Centres and other organisations.

Meals and refreshments
| The conference fee includes tea, coffee and snacks served during the breaks
Lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as well as dinner on Monday and Wednesday are also included.
