NuGOweek 2009 will start on Monday, 31st August 2009 at 15.30 and finish on Thursday, 3rd September 2009 at 12.30

Free shuttle buses, at designated times, will be available to and from Pisa's and Florence's airports on 31st August and 3rd September

Costs




NuGOweek 2009 is free of charge for NuGO members only. Attendance includes the conference fee, lunches and two dinners. It does not include hotel or travel expenses. For more information, please contact your NuGO Partner Coordinator.

NuGO welcomes all relevant submissions, particularly those from PhD students and work involving NuGO, NuGO Collaboration Centres and other organisations.

Please note that during NuGOweek, a committee will judge the poster for the NuGOweek science prize and our Communications Manager, Siân Astley, will do the same for the science communication prize

The conference fee includes tea, coffee and snacks served during the breaks

Lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as well as dinner on Monday and Wednesday are also included.

Dinner on Tuesday evening is at your own costs. Information about restaurants in Montecatini Terme and Alto will be available during registration
