The help infrastructure

In order to get help, several options have been put into place. First of all, an NBX documentation section has been made available on NuGO-net, containing documentation and tutorials on how to operate the NBXs and the programs installed on them. Also a helpdesk has been set up, accessible via the same section of the intranet. The helpdesk pages contain a list of FAQs, and a form to post help requests. These requests are evaluated by the NuGO NBX help desk operator, and directly answered of forwarded to a relevant expert.
