More info on the NBX for NuGO members

This page adds some more specific information, mainly links, for NuGO members using (or planning to use) the NBXs. First of all, all intranet user information on the Blackboxes is present in the internal NBX - NuGO Black Box. For example, the list of NBXs and administrators is available from NBX listing - where is your NBX. Documentation, tutorials and presentations on the Blackboxes and the tools available on the machines can be found in NBX - Documentation and the help desk can be contacted via NBX - Helpdesk - Forum. Furthermore the intranet area contains some information on data sharing (Data sharing) and information for administrators (NBX Administrator Area). If you want access to the NBXs and do not know which administrator to contact, or cannot find the NBX of your institute in the list, please contact the help desk. 

NuGO GenePattern modules

Several GenePattern modules have been created in-house for NuGO use, such as NuGOArrayQualityAnalysis, NuGOExpressionFileCreator, LimmaAnalysis, TopGoAnalysis and GetResultForGO.
